VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/25/14 -- Maple Leaf Green World (TSX VENTURE:MGW) ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company") announces that it has engaged a professional consulting group to advise on opportunities to obtain an MMPR License (Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulation License) from Health Canada and follow on business opportunities.

Maple Leaf has determined that given the knowledge and years of experience that its personnel have in greenhouse operations, and combined with its soil enhancement technology partnership, it is well positioned to consider licensed business opportunities in Canada to grow top quality marijuana and to pursue in the medical marijuana business.

Maple Leaf's objective is to acquire requisite licences and facilities to grow pesticide free, top grade marijuana from contamination-free soil.
