Ulaanbaatar City’s anniversary today

It is the 373rd anniversary of Ulaanbaatar city today. Many events are meant to be held during the day. For the anniversary the “Homeland” concert was held in the Culture Palace and “Sporty Ulaanbaatar” was held on the Central Square on 28th October. During the concert in the Culture Palace a choral performance to mark respect for State Honored People`s artist D.Luvsansharav will take place. Up to 1300 children will take part in the performance which will be the largest concert ever held here. City authorities will show respect to the “Melkhii stone”, hear the first melody of morin khuur with the City`s totem on it in front of the public. The ceremony for 373rd anniversary of the City started at 10am today.
