ABOUT CABINET WORKS LAST MONTH

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Last month, the cabinet ran several important works and made many vital decisions, said Ch.Khurelbaatar, the head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government.


At the cabinet meeting on Wednesday he went on that the Ministers decided to continue granting a benefit of MNT 21,000 from the Human Development Fund (HDF) to every citizen until June of this year. In addition, by December 31 of this year the HDF is to give one million togrog to every woman aged 55 years and above and to every man aged 60 years and above, and to the disabled under 16 years and to those aged 16 years above who lost labor capability.

The cabinet approved a list of apartments to be erected in frames of the "100 thousand apartments" national program which is, in its turn, reflected in the "New great construction" middle-term program. The cabinet made decisions on some measures for the railway sector and on signing a credit agreement for the first project of the investment program on developing autoraods of western region, he said.

According to Khurelbaatar, the balanced net revenue of the state master budget reached MNT 674.8 billion by the execution of this year's February, overfulfilled by MNT 41.7 billion or 5.8 per cent. This is an increase of MNT 207.1 billion or 44.3 per cent against 2011. The state budget's expenditure reached MNT 682.1 billion by the execution of this year's February.

Last month, the cabinet met six times and discussed 55 issues, got acquainted with 16 issues, of them 33 were resolved through the by governmental resolutions, 34--by notes, and two--by orders of PM.
