The Government is financing the protocol and all aimags, districts, and the capital will implement it. Police, doctors, and governors of khoroos will be responsible for children who are without care. Also, countryside officials will work to protect herder children from possible natural disaster.

The Government is going to submit an amendment to the law on family, which will clarify adoption issues. The draft law will also focus on protecting children’s rights.
