NEW PARTY REGISTERED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A new political party named "All Mongols labour" has been registered by the Supreme Court.
A petition for registering was given by S.Molor-Erdene and others.
On October 21, the Supreme Court considered that this party's rules and action program do not violate Mongolia's laws on Political party and on Registration of legal person.
The Supreme Court has ordered the All Mongols labour party (AMLP) to run activities according to the Constitution and other laws.
