Mongolia Should Rely on Korean Medicines

The Government head also visited Celltrion, a leading biopharmaceutical company in Korea.

During the tour, Celltrion management said they are ready to share experience with Mongolian companies to boost health cooperation between the two countries.

Prime Minister Batbold ordered Health Minister of Mongolia S.Lambaa study the possibilities of importing high-quality medicines only from internationally-recognized producers like Celltrion.

Mongolia should more rely on Korean medicines since it has been scientifically proved that Mongolians and Koreans are physiologically very similar to each other, said Health Minister Lambaa.

The S.Korean Government decided to grant a soft loan for the construction of a National Diagnosis Center in Ulaanbaatar City, Lambaa announced.
