Will B.Khurts be released on bail?

B.Khurts, Administrative Chief of the National Security Council, again appeared in a London Court of Magistrate of Westminster on January 5 following his arrest warrant to Germany. The Secretary-State of Ministry of Justice G.Bayasgalan yesterday informed about the hearing to journalists and answered our journalist’s question.

Who attended B.Khurts’s trial representing the Government of Mongolia?

State Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade D.Tsogtbaatar, Special Proxy Ts.Bolor, Mongolian Ambassador to Great Britain B.Altangerel and the Embassy Consulate Counselor N.Bataa and Khurts’s spouse Sarnai attended the trial.

Advocate Alan Johns, the representative of advocate McDonald’s who is member of England Advocates’ Union, defended in him. Advocate Alan Johns stated that citizen of Mongolia B.Khurts should be released according to International Convention of Special Duty. Explanation of advocate Alan Johns was deliberated and the trial decided next hearing would be on February 3.

Will he be released on bail?

During the trial judges decided to discuss the bail issue on January 12.

Is there any solution to our side during deliberation?

Great Britain did not explain their resolution and after two hours hearing the trial has been resolved to continue.
