Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
1. General requirements Indicator Essential Preferred
Education University degree Master’s, Ph.D.
Profession Business executive or leader of academic program/institution Has formal degree or training on banking and/or finance
Experience Experience managing a business entity or an academic program/ institution Not less than 5 years in management position
Other skills Fluent English and computer skills
2. Particular Skills Analytical, planning skills
* Proper assessment of issues, analysis and decision making skills
* Decisions are optimal in meeting set objectives and protecting rights of the center’s members
* Knowledge of the latest developments in banking and the financial services sector
Task execution skills
* Excellent management skills in managing partners, members and staff in implementing objectives
* Effective work progress reporting and constant improvement in task execution
Communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills
* Actively seeking promotion of the center’s agenda through effective communication with domestic and international individuals and organizations.
